Meet the Riviera Beach Team Behind TruePane Windows & Doors

We’re a local crew, most of us raised within a half hour of the Port of Palm Beach. You’ll see the same faces on the estimate, the install, and the follow-up visit. That matters when someone is working inside your home. Every tech on our Riviera Beach team trains under Dale Kessler’s standard: measure twice before the glass order goes in, register both warranty layers before the truck leaves, and treat every opening as if it were in our own mother’s house. No subcontractors. No rotating cast of strangers. Just people who live here, work here, and plan to be here in thirty years.

Our People

Marcus T. - Lead Technician, Impact Windows & Doors

Marcus has been setting impact-rated openings in Palm Beach County for 17 years, the last nine of them with TruePane. He’s the person we send to Singer Island condos and Old Port Cove homes where the salt air has done its work on older frames. Marcus is Miami-Dade NOA certified on multiple PGT and CGI product lines and handles our most complex large-format slider retrofits. Before getting into glass, he worked as a finish carpenter, which is why his trim work around a new window looks like it grew there. On weekends, you’ll find him fishing off the Blue Heron Bridge with his two sons.

Elena R. - Senior Installer, Custom Windows & Doors

Elena joined TruePane six years ago after running her own handywoman business in West Palm Beach. She specializes in older Riviera Beach homes with settled frames, out-of-square rough openings, and the kind of surprises that show up once the old window comes out. Elena holds AAMA InstallationMasters certification and leads our crew on historic and mid-century properties where the existing architecture demands more than a stock replacement. She keeps a notebook in the truck with measurements from every opening she’s set, because as she puts it, the wall remembers what the last installer forgot. Elena is a Jupiter Farms native and raises laying hens.

Danny P. - Service Coordinator, Scheduling & Estimates

Danny is the voice on the other end of (786) 829-6722 most days, and if you call at 2 a.m. with a blown-out window after a storm, he’s the one who answers. He’s been with TruePane for five years and knows the Riviera Beach service area block by block, from the marina district up through Northwood and down to Mangonia Park. Danny’s job is to get a tech to your house when we say we’ll be there, with the right glass, the right fasteners, and a written quote before any work begins. He volunteers with the county fair the company sponsors every spring. Before TruePane, he spent eight years in logistics at the Port of Palm Beach.

Luis V. - Apprentice Installer

Luis came to us two years ago from a welding program at Palm Beach State College. He’s the youngest member of the crew and the reason Dale Kessler still believes in training apprentices into journeymen instead of hiring whoever’s available. Luis shadows Marcus and Elena on nearly every install, running measurements, prepping openings, and learning the difference between a job that passes inspection and a job the homeowner never has to think about again. He grew up in Riviera Beach and graduated from Suncoast High. When he’s not on a job site, Luis is rebuilding a 1980s Glastron boat with his uncle.

One Standard, Every Job

The rule Dale Kessler founded TruePane on in 2008 is simple: if the pane is not true, the job is not done. Every person on this team works to that rule, whether it’s Marcus fitting an impact window on a fifth-floor condo or Luis learning how to read a rough opening on a 1960s ranch house. The Done Right Promise means an install that doesn’t sit square, doesn’t seal clean, or doesn’t operate smoothly gets made right without paperwork and without arguing. The Keystone Standard means both warranty layers, manufacturer and workmanship, are registered in writing with durations stated before the truck leaves your driveway. We hire local, train our own, and stand behind the work because we’ll be here when you call again, five years from now or fifteen.
