What’s Covered

• Workmanship, guaranteed for 90 days. If an install, a seal, an alignment, or a fit is not right, we return and correct it under the Done Right Promise – one call, no claim forms, no arbitration.
• Both manufacturer warranty layers, registered in writing. Before the truck leaves your driveway, you receive documentation showing each layer is active and its duration stated – which means the product warranty actually works when you need it.
• Parts, glass, and hardware handled through authorized channels. As an authorized installer for more than 13 manufacturer lines including, PGT, CGI, and ES Windows, we order directly from the manufacturer when a warranty part is needed – no third-party substitutes.
• Cleanup and care for your home. Our background-checked, uniformed technicians work in your home the way they would work in their own mother’s house – drop cloths down, old sashes and glass hauled away, no debris left in the driveway.
